One of the accused Russian spies has admitted to working for Russia's intelligence service.

After his arrest, and after waiving his Miranda rights, the defendant known as "Juan Lazaro" revealed to federal prosecutors that he has been living under a fake identity and that his home in Yonkers, which was raided Monday, was paid for by Russian intelligence.
